In reality, it's far more possible to achieve a net zero emissions target by cutting emissions rather than increasing them. Here's why. In fact, even according to scientific estimates of the best likely results if humans were to take into action, it would take multiple generations of a top-to-lifestyle approach to prevent the volume of emissions from reaching all the thresholds that scientists have predicted would exist if humans were to change their current lifestyle approach. The fact is, emissions are just as likely to keep climbing as they are to lower themselves, and that's why science is so skeptical about the level of threat that these emissions pose.
