To achieve this, teachers should always use a positive approach and should put in the effort for providing boundless support to all of their students, in order to help them succeed both all life goals and the school goals. While on the other hand, teachers should also always be avoiding any kind of punishment since this will only cause panic between their students and may discourage them from always trying to achieve their goals. Finally, a positive teacher will have a design for their class to systematically be able to adapt to all of what their students may require. This is so that their students could be able to have an education that they need and could balance upon their life choices. With this, he or she will do as much work as he or she can to guide the students to be able to lead a college and or work life without having to run into unnecessary circumstances. This is so that the pupils will be able to have prosperous and happy lives. A positive teacher will always do as much as he or she could to ensure that their students are able to undergo excellent classroom guidance and also excellent moral guidance, because a positive teacher knows that the here and now effects of the academic and social development of the pupils will change the socioeconomic status of their students, and branch into their future lives, thus making them future citizens who can be as great as possible. In conclusion, a positive teacher will always be prepared to do the best of both individual minds by using various strategies in the classroom in order to meet each of their students’ maximum potential, including transforming their future lives and making them all little in order to lead happy future lives as future citizens, thus making the society they’re in a better one.
