Chronic use of opioids can lead to adverse effects such as sedation, respiratory depression, constipation, nausea, and withdrawal symptoms. Adverse reactions of NSAIDs NSAIDs can cause adverse reactions such as gastric ulcers, CV disorders, renal disease, and dietary disturbances. These reactions can be caused by the inhibition of prostaglandism and tissue damage. Adverse reactions of acetaminophen Acetaminophen can cause adverse reactions such as hepatotoxicity and nephologic damage. These reactions are usually caused by overdose. Adverse reactions of opioids Opioids can cause adverse reactions such as sedation, respiratory depression, constipation, nausea, and withdrawal symptoms.
